Returns and Exchange Policies

Returns Policy
We will gladly refund your online purchase. Here are our eligibility guidelines:

General Merchandise from our Bookstore
• You will get a full refund, in your original form of payment, with a receipt for items returned within 30 days of original purchase.
• Without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued at the current selling price.
• Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $5.
• All merchandise must be in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your online purchase. Here are our eligibility guidelines:

General Merchandise from our Bookstore
• General merchandise items purchased from our online Bookstore may be exchanged for a different size or color only.
• Should you wish to exchange your purchase, simply complete the Returns/Exchange form (included with your shipment), note the new size or color you wish to have and return the form with the original item within 30 days of original purchase.
• All merchandise must be in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns and Exchange Process
Your return or exchange should include a completed returns form. This returns form may be found in your original shipment. If you do not have the returns form, provide the following information with your return or exchange: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. Returns and exchanges should be sent to:

We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return or exchange. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return or exchange be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns and Exchanges in your Campus Bookstore
You may always return or exchange your purchase in our Bookstore as well as through the mail. Make sure you have your customer invoice (your receipt) when returning or exchanging your items. Returns and exchanges made in our Bookstore must be made within the same timeframe as returns or exchanges processed through the mail.
